Modern Dental Europe (“MDE”) intends to further expand its leading position in Europe and is looking for an European Marketing Automation Manager to lead us to enhance our Marketing Automation capabilities and campaign performance across 10+ countries.

Join our organization to be the product owner of our Marketing Automation and bring our Customer Experience & Marketing Automation performance to the next level across Europe. You will be our Marketing Automation expert who will closely work together with our European team of Marketing Managers and knows how to train, educate, and enable them in an engaging way. You will provide guidance to continuously improve the quality and creativity of their campaigns & engagement programs, optimize the customer journeys and increase lead generation & opportunity pipeline while utilizing our tools in the most efficient way. This position reports to the CEO Europe.

Your key responsibilities

As our European Marketing Automation manager, you will lead our European Marketing Community in executing our Digital Marketing strategy, ensure engagement, collaboration, alignment and best practice sharing. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, act as their strategic Digital Marketing advisor and identify opportunities to leverage Marketing Automation to drive business value. You will also:

  • Continuously educate and enable Marketing Specialists to enhance full adoption of our technology and increase their Marketing Automation, Customer Experience and Lead Generation skills
  • Monitor campaign performance, challenge and advise stakeholders on continuous improvement of the quality and creativity of their engagement programs, customer journeys and content creation
  • Review and analyze data to identify trends and create data-driven strategies for our marketing projects
    Provide guidance to continuously improve Digital Marketing & Sales alignment and adoption of European lead management KPIs in the countries
  • Initiate and establish frameworks for campaigns including the design of strategic workflows and roll out to the countries
  • Collaborate with our Business/Information Technology teams to set up and maintain performance dashboards, analyze data, provide periodic & ad hoc reporting and share actionable insights with stakeholders
  • Closely collaborate with Marketing managers on best practices for content, audience segmentation, behavioral triggers, lead scoring, reporting, systems, and marketing tools to launch a successful program
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement for marketing automation programs and integrations. Devise and support projects to integrate marketing technologies
  • Take ownership of - and continuously improve - our Marketing Automation Platform
  • Train and enable new marketing automation colleagues
  • Ensure our marketing automation campaigns are aligned with industry best practices
  • Manage and collaborate with third party Marketing Automation agency

Your skills
Do you have a proven track record in lead generation in an international B2B environment? And experience in stakeholder management, training, education and enablement? And do you also have the following skills, needed for this challenging position?:

  • Proven hands-on experience in working with Marketing Automation
  • Familiarity with technical aspects of Marketing Automation such as native integrations and connectors
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Digital Marketing and Customer Experience, CRM and sales processes
  • Possession of Marketing Automation Certification is preferred
  • Familiarity with relevant Digital Marketing tools
  • Experience in working with Sharpspring is a plus

Your profile

  • Degree in (Digital) Marketing, Customer Experience, Business Administration or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years experience in administering Marketing Automation in an international organization
  • Excellent command of English – must be fluent in writing as well as spoken An EU work- & residence permit is required
